I had a HVAC problem In Queens village house .The Vent was not blowing cold air . Tech came in on time and was able to find the cause right away . He was extremely professional explaining what he was going to do to repair it. He was kind . Outstanding customer service and excellent work at a more than fair price. Highly recommend this company. I’m writing this review in the midst of the longest heat wave so far this summer and feeling thankful for the good work that Cool Runnings did on my split system. Nigel was courteous, reliable, and prompt, and came back multiple times to (a) fix the problem, and (b) ensure that the fixes worked. The scope included cleaning and maintenance of the entire system, a leak test, and when the leak test showed that one of the indoor units couldn’t be repaired, replacing that unit.
