Exceptional service and product knowledge. What a great shopping experience and now my feet knees and hips are super happy with Hokas under foot.
I bought a really nice bra here and had to return it because it wasn't quite big enough (lol) and the shopkeeper went out of her way to try to order it for me and then when she knew she couldn't order it, she called me and left a voicemail with all the specifics of the size and information I needed to order the right size. Also bought runners here and had some great help with that as well. They have discounts for some healthcare workers too!

Very good customer service and atmosphere.
I don't like giving bad reviews, but just some honest feedback... I have big feet (size 10.5/11). Very familiar with ill-fitting shoes as that's just the name of the game when you have feet > size 9 in my experience. I felt very apologetic and embarrassed the entire time asking for sizes of things (to be clear, I tried on maybe 6 or 7 pairs of shoes at most, and I didn't purposely grow size 10.5 feet just to be a thorn in every shoe salesperson's side).
