Ok, where's the 10 stars?? We had a pipe break on a Saturday and in desperation I tried just about everyone I could find in the plumbing listings. Cool Running was the first company to call me back, within a couple minutes; some who finally did couldn't fit me in for days, some gave me the impersonal runaround on the phone, some never called back period.
