Had unique situation cause they were not my typical service team. However they specialize in Mitsubishi mini splits and they were on the manufacturers website to use. Friendly staff, easy to make appt and very communicative. Albert came and gave great advice for the mini split plus he helped out with our pool heater. Knowledgeable guy and super nice. Would use again

COOL RUNNING AC was here yesterday 3/11/25. The serviceman Albert changed out my outside coil on my Mitsubishi minisplit. He handled this complex job very efficiently and with great care in the process which gave me confidence in getting a job well done. We live in Estancia (Pembroke Pines) Our air conditioner went out today. We called ( Cool Running Air) and the owner was here within 1.5 hour. Fix it, it’s running great,very reasonable price, professional and friendly person. Definitely recommend this company. 😊
