We recently had our condo building’s roof replacement completed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The Cool Roof team was extremely professional, efficient, and always on time. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire project, which made everything run smoothly. They also kept the property very clean and paid close attention to every detail. It’s been almost two years since our metal roof was sprayed and we still have no leaks. The building is cooler as well. Great product and service.

I had a great experience with this roofing company. They did an excellent job applying the roof coating and were very professional from start to finish. The work was done on time, clean, and with great attention to detail. My roof looks much better and I feel confident it’s well protected now. Highly recommended!

Our journey began when our Condo realized that we needed a new roof. We reached out to Cool Roof and Mario came out to give us a quote. Mario wasn't pushy and answered all of our questions and fully explained the process. We have air conditioners on the roof and the stands were rusted and needed replacement. Great experience working with Mario. I had a deadline to meet with the roof coating, they worked with us to meet the deadline and the experience was smooth without any hiccups. The job was at our church building and I highly recommend them. Thank you Cool Roof. We got the 20 yr warranty.
