Ethan is the best. He has corrected two issues with our Manitowoc ice machine and has been spot on both times. He is very patient and kind, and helps me to understand the product and what I can do to prevent issues in the future. I appreciate his honesty and I highly recommend him!

The absolute worst company! NOT dependable at all!! Waited 3 hours on a phone call back, just to be told they can't make it!
Owner answered phone and was completely rude. Not a good way to run a business and extremely disorganized
