Terrible property manager. Only about the money. Poor communication with landlords and only in the business of protecting the tenant. Repairs done with no approval. Have to track them down for rent money. DO NOT US THEM
We rented a house for 6 years with Cool Realty and had a great experience. They are professional, friendly, and most importantly, responsive. Anytime there was a repair that needed to be taken care of, they responded promptly and had it resolved as quickly as possible. If I had a question, all I had to do was email or call and Angela would get right back with me. Cool Realty is top notch and that says a lot coming from a tenant. Highly recommend!
