The drive on my pool pump had an issue and David from Cool Pool Service & Repair replaced it and it started communicating with the board again perfectly and the control for my cleaning system through my app was restored. He was super fast and friendly. Thanks Cool Pool, great work!
From my first contact with the office everyone was personable and professional, David came out for my service call. He was commutative about when he would arrive and was right in the window the office had given. After being a custom home builder for over 30 years I am sadly underwhelmed with service these days. They did a great job at fixing a leak in my pool equipment & replaced a non working light in the pool. They were under warranty by Pentair. They were out quickly, were on top of it, responsive, got the job done and I would highly recommend them.
Many thanks to Eddie for labelling our pump equipment, and showing my husband and I how to use it. We purchased this home in June, and wanted to learn how to use the pool water features. We understand they are also cross-training all pool service team members on pool equipment to increase their understanding of the various systems, as they differ house to house. Great service!
