Blue science on the second month of their service their tech put cyarnic acid flakes in my pool skimmer. The chunks got pulled into pump. This completely plugged my filter. It also made my pool have a sediment on the bottom. You couldnt even see the bottom of my pool for 1.5 months. It was so bad no one could swim in it. 1.5 total loss. They were supposed to give me a month free service. Lol so 2 months later i call them to tall them i just put a brand new filter in. Had a pretty big and frustrating pool leak, but the technicians were great. It took a few visits to find and fix everything, but they got the job done and had the pool back in shape quickly. The price was fair for the quality work. Very satisfied with the service!
The technician who came to check for leaks in my pool was very professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly. I got a detailed breakdown of the leaks and the different repair options. The repairs were scheduled quickly for the next day, and everything was handled smoothly. I have used Blue Science Pools for leak detection and repairs before, and each time the service has been great. Overall, I am very happy with the repairs and will definitely call again if I need pool cleaning or maintenance in Nokomis.
The technicians from Blue Science Pools are fantastic! I was given an expensive quote by another company to fix a broken pool heater, but the technician showed me it was actually a simple and much more affordable repair. They also cleaned the pool tiles and now handle our weekly pool cleaning service. The team is always polite, respectful, and does excellent work. Highly recommended!
