Bad technicians, they come to walk around and say they fix something but it only lasts for a few days, then the AC goes bad again and charge you for a service call, they only want to make money they do not want to fix your AC.
Will over charge and bid wrong diagnostic to charge more
We been with cool planet air since 2015, doing maintenance on our A/C and Heating System. They come twice a year. We get different technician every time. They’re all all nice with the exception of the last one who did the heating maintenance today10/13/23. His name is Lane very friendly and honest person. We contacted Cool Planet Air Conditioning after receivng a recommendation. Gilbert came out and did our six month checkup and determined that the problem with one unit not cooling well was because it needed more refrigerant. He did an excellent job explaining the things he checked and cited problems that may occur in the future with one of our units. We appreciated the headsup and were completely satisfied with this company. We will be using them again!
Came to my house last Thursday to evaluate. They said they'd get back to me with a quote. Here we are a week later and still no quote.
