Gor is professional and knows how to fix my furnace. I am so happy that I found him. Cool Penguin is trustworthy company that has fair prices to fix the issue on the spot, compared to the other previous companies that I called and they didn't know what was the issue first and then later offered to wait for the part. I feel really lucky that I found Gor to install a mini split. He was responsive, very fairly priced, came when he said he would and did a great job. He knew about the electric requirements for the system I purchased and then he made sure everything was safe and appropriate before installing. Clean, organized and the price remained the same as the written estimate-tested everything-absolutely great. So grateful!!
