Cool Park came out to our home today to check our septic. We had been informed by a local plumber that the pipe running to our tank had to be dug up and replaced. This would also entail having to dig up a sidewalk, replacing the pipes. Cost $2,000 - $3,000. The plumbing company said the septic tank may be installed wrong and that would cost $5,000 - $10,000. Thaxton and Andrew were amazing. They came out on very short notice and took care of our tank. Not only did they correct an issue the last company we used left behind, they informed us how to extend the life of our septic tank. The cool park pumping services have a great team of honest men who take pride in their work.
