I called Cool Park to come pump out our septic tank. Cool Park is a “class act”. They called beforehand to verify date and time of service. They showed up on time. They were polite and courteous. They worked efficiently, cleaned up everything with a hose and it couldn’t have been a better experience. I highly recommend them!!!
I can see why cool park pumping has been the #1 septic company for 3 years in a row. They came out today, to get me a new septic. Did I great job at explaining everything. And answering any questions I had. Robert and thaxton (sorry if it's misspelled) were amazing. Great job. I appreciate everything they did for me. I was very happy with the service provided by Cool Park Pumping. Andrew called to let me know their ETA, and was able to answer any questions I had. My only issue was the clean up. They used a mini (mini) excavator to dig out the tanks lids, which I don’t blame them for that, but when they backfilled, there were decent sized humps of dirt in my back yard.
