I can see why cool park pumping has been the #1 septic company for 3 years in a row. They came out today, to get me a new septic. Did I great job at explaining everything. And answering any questions I had. Robert and thaxton (sorry if it's misspelled) were amazing. Great job. I appreciate everything they did for me. I was very happy with the service provided by Cool Park Pumping. Andrew called to let me know their ETA, and was able to answer any questions I had. My only issue was the clean up. They used a mini (mini) excavator to dig out the tanks lids, which I don’t blame them for that, but when they backfilled, there were decent sized humps of dirt in my back yard. Cool Park came out to our home today to check our septic. We had been informed by a local plumber that the pipe running to our tank had to be dug up and replaced. This would also entail having to dig up a sidewalk, replacing the pipes. Cost $2,000 - $3,000. The plumbing company said the septic tank may be installed wrong and that would cost $5,000 - $10,000. I was having a septic system problem on a Saturday and cool park was closed , but they got someone to come to my house anyway. I want to say they sent a very nice young man to do the job. He was very polite and professional...I highly recommend cool park for your septic system..thank you so much...
