Google led me to Cool Park pumping and I definitely was not disappointed. Andrew did a great job and was very helpful with the information he gave me and the inspector from the environmental department. Awesome employees work here!
Andrew was fantastic to work with. As first-time homeowners, we had some concerns about our septic system, and he came out to pump the tank and take a thorough look at everything. Hands down the best people to call these boys went above and beyond. I had issues with what I thought was a full tank. Turns out the pipe under my house had come apart and was clogged. They crawled under and fixed it. These guys cared about helping me and they did an amazing job and I would call them again over anyone in the area
Great experience all the way around with this company. We’ve used them a couple of times now, quick service, fair pricing and the guys always clean up the area before they leave. Definitely recommend Cool Park
Couldn't ask for better people!! Courgil and on time!! Early even. Had a little mishap, they took responsibility and stood by whatever would happen next. They really are honest people!! You dont see that these days. Most would have run anyway and acted like it wasn't their fault!! Can't say enough great things about the personal and their abilities!! Ill never use another company!! Great people. Great service!! My advice would be to use this company!!!
