I met Ben during my home inspection and was very impressed with his knowledge and advice. I called him to put in a outside hot water heater. I had three estimates and he beat everybody's price by thousands. All the other estimates had additions put on. Ben did all of it for the price he quoted me. Also, when he came in my heat wasn't working and he got it working and didn't even charge me for that. My HVAC went out after a month living here. I contacted Cool Operations Heating and Air about no air flow from HVAC. Technician was dispatched same day. Issue was blower motor and new blower motor replaced next day. Prompt, courteous and professional service. I highly recommend Cool Operations.

Cool Op'ns/Ben has replaced both of our HVAC units since we moved to this house and has serviced them seasonally ever since . He is honest and trustworthy and very responsive when we need him or have questions. When we installed the units his prices were reasonable. We haven't used anyone else since. I am sure that's still the case.

Honestly, I can’t recommend Ben with Cool Operations enough! So many Heating and Air companies have been bought up by capital investment and are raising rates and scamming people into items/units they don’t need. Ben is independent and has built his business by working hard, always doing the right thing, and saving people money. I personally have recommended him to dozens of friends and neighbors.
