A/C Stopped cooling. Called Ben @ Cool Operations after normal hours. He returned the call promptly. Came the next morning. Found the issue and made temporary fix so we could have cool air over the weekend. Arrived Monday morning as scheduled and completed permanent repairs. Outstanding customer service! Price is fair! Highly recommend his company.

I will forever sing the praises of Ben & Val at Cool Operations!! We were convinced our HVAC unit was going to need to be replaced after my husband tried several small fixes & our house still sat at a balmy 77 (brutal). Ben came out & diagnosed the issue in less than 20mins & was able to bypass something to give us cold air pumping through immediately so we could finally get a good night's sleep again pending the minor repair to our system.
