Shout out to Ben and Val Kirkland. They own Cool Operations HVAC. They came and in 2 days had my AC system ordered and installed. Very reasonable pricing and even better turnaround. I had been waiting over 5 weeks on American Home Shield to fix my system. Thanks to AHS scam way of dealing with me they just didn't order the right system for over 3 weeks and then still tried to gouge me for alot of out of pocket money. A/C Stopped cooling. Called Ben @ Cool Operations after normal hours. He returned the call promptly. Came the next morning. Found the issue and made temporary fix so we could have cool air over the weekend. Arrived Monday morning as scheduled and completed permanent repairs. Outstanding customer service! Price is fair! Highly recommend his company.
