The owner, Tomas, lacks professionalism. He did not introduce himself, name-called customer, and attempted to take pictures of private warranty information without consent. When questioned about his behavior, Tomas abruptly left the work site and refused to complete the job despite money being paid to agency prior. If you care about where your money goes and the service you receive, it would be wise to avoid this company entirely.
This company pick and chooses when to answer their phone. They came out to service my A\C with my home warranty but told me it didn’t cover Freon. That didn’t make any sense since I also paid a deductible for them to come out so at that moment I wasn’t going to just going to pay because the service provider said that. While I was on the phone with my service provider. The man left before letting me know he was leaving my property. My door was halfway open and not locked.
