And services and cool now are apparently the same company and I wouldn’t wish their services on my worst enemy their manager John has absolutely the worst attitude and one star for them is being generous as you can see numerous people of had problems to give you an idea of the shadiness that they do cool now location in Polk County is a storage locker
Changed my plans to have appointment on 12/18/19, between 9 and 11 am. No one showed up. I called the office only to find that my appointed was not scheduled for this date but for next year in July. This is not the first time, I let it go last year but after paying $179.40 in advance for service I am trying to get a total refund. Very, very upset today. GRRRRR
They were 2 hours late for my appointment, but they got my ac unit fixed for a reasonable price after lightning struck my outside unit.
