I was so satisfied when I visited the nail salon, the staff were friendly, enthusiastic in consulting, and the nails were very sturdy.

They have a very poor quality of service, unhygienic practices, rude staff, or damage to the nails. I had a very negative experience at Cool Nails. My nails chipped within hours of getting them done, and one of the techs was very rude and impatient. I also noticed some unsanitary practices Nails tech at this salon, like shared tools that weren't properly cleaned. I don't recommend to try this salon to anyone
