Updated review: My second time going to Cool Nails went perfect! Lee did a great job with my acrylics and my pedicure was great too. Much better experience than my first experience when I didn’t like the color and my big toe nails were cut too short. Glad I came back!

I would give Lee 5 stars, he did a great job with my acrylics. But the lady who painted my nails didn’t even ask me if I liked the color. She just did my whole hand and I said I want it to be more pink. She continued to do the same color and then said it was “too late” after I asked for a more pink color 2 more times. The guy who did my pedicure did good except for cutting my big toe nails way too short and one is very uneven. Super disappointed, will be asking for only Lee to do my nails if I come back.
My daughter had her nails done for prom and they drilled her skin, they are sore and bloody! What the heck!
