I’ve been going to Cool Nails & Wax for about seven years and it’s the only place I trust for my nails. I get ombré hard gel and occasional pedicures, and the quality is always spot on — neat, detailed, and long-lasting. Calvin, Ben, and Vicky are my go-to technicians. They’re skilled, professional, and consistently do great work. Friendly atmosphere and efficient service every time. Highly recommend.
Place is great as long as you don’t get the young gentleman. I’ve had my nails done by him twice so far and both times were awful. I had to stop him and ask him to remove old gel before he started applying new colors, the white was so thin he had to apply 7 layers even after I asked if he could grab a different white. Everytime I pulled my hand back to examine the work he pulled my hand back towards him. The color is spotty, see through in parts and peeling a day later. Not worth $40 for basic gel polish.
