I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon on 6/17/2026 with the lady in the first chair. From the moment I sat down, the nail technician repeatedly questioned me about the natural color of my nails. My fingernails and toenails have always been darker due to hyperpigmentation, but she kept asking intrusive questions such as why my nails looked that way and whether I was born like that. I got acrylic tips and gel on top and paid $55. Tina did an amazing job. She made sure the shapes were identical to what I wanted and helped me choose a color.

Very unorganized and unprofessional! I called for an appointment with someone, they told me they don’t do appts. to come and wait, I ask how long until he’s done because I work 5 mins away she said come and wait. I get there 25 mins later because I was giving him time to finish and I didn’t want to sit In a nail salon because I was getting this pedicure on my break. then when I get there, they tell me the person I want has an appt In 30 mins with someone else. Greedy and lazy. Instead of being thankful for customer loyalty, they try to take advantage of you. I got a full set with a simple design on each finger 3 weeks ago and it cost $68 dollars (which is fair). Tell me why I was charged $60 dollars for a fill in? I was told it was because I got cat eye nail polish, but it doesn’t even look like cat eye because the polish they used is old and they had to layer multiple coats and call over a different nail tech to attempt to make it look decent.
