Had a great experience with Colton and Levi. My heater was making a rumbling noise and wasn't working as it should so I found Cool Kings through my neighborhood facebook group and they didn't disappoint. Friendly and fast service. Colton and Levi were very responsive, helped me understand the process and what needed to be done, and were punctual. I can't recommend Cool Kings enough. Levi and the team are professional, timely, and have saved me more than once! I will have them out any time I have AC issues and trust they will do the job well.
I've had a great friendship with the owners and operators of this company. They are family oriented and true to their word, me buying my first home at 27 in Buda , I called them immediately knowing the house I bought was a original unit and needed a refresh. Once I called cool kings they came out worked their hearts out to make sure we were taken care , but not only because they are family, but they treat every customer as family. They came quickly and greeted me with a handshake. Levi and Colton were both extremely professional and kind. Got the job done and gave us some laughs while they did so! I will be recommending Cooling Kings to anyone who needs AC fixed!
