Kos has been to our house before and has taken really good care of our air conditioning/heating unit. He is extremely friendly and knowledgable about these systems. He lets us know when we need to be made aware of future maintenance needs. He is an asset to Cool It. We have been using Cool It for many years now and are extremely happy with their service. That's why we stay with them!!
Kos was super thorough with my tune ups for my AC system and my mini split. The mini split was leaking when he arrived. He was able to quickly figure out and rectify the problem. We've been using Cool It for over a decade and will continue to use and recommend them!!
