I have had a service contract with Cool It for four years. Their service technicians are thorough and personable. Last year I needed to replace my old furnace and they installed a quality product in a timely manner for a great price. I don't dread routine maintenance calls anymore, because there are not additional costs for "found problems" that I experienced with previous service providers. I am happy to recommend this company!
Have been using them for past 4yrs and they have been there everytime I needed them. Protect your floors and techs are very pleasant as well as office personal and of course Bill himself. We are in this for the long haul. Always a fantastic experience
