easy to deal with from the first call, and REALLY quick. Cool It Air Conditioning made the whole thing painless, and being right here in Hollywood helped. They showed up in a marked truck and in uniform, felt legit. Glad I went with them.

had a rough experience with another air conditioning place last month so i was skeptical. totally different story with cool it air conditioning. got the frozen coil fix done and they were careful and they didnt keep me waiting. left the area cleaner than they found it. really reasonable rates. happy customer here.

booked an AC repair the other day. Cool It Air Conditioning sent updates the whole way, finished when they said, and charged exactly what was quoted. Great value. No runaround, just straight answers. The price they quoted is what I paid. Worth it.

The coolant recharge was easily a 10 out of 10. My only small gripe is that the online booking was a touch clunky. But once things got going, Cool It Air Conditioning was thorough and made up for it. Had the parts on the truck which saved a trip. The price they quoted is what I paid. Still relieved. Glad I went with them.

there was a small mix-up with my appointment at first, which was annoying. but cool it air conditioning stepped in right away, owned it, and fixed it within minutes. that's how you handle it. the whole process was smooth from start to finish. took the time to show me what was actually wrong. wish i'd found them sooner.
