DO NOT SELL YOUR PROPERTY TO THIS company Cool Home Buyers LLC. This company offered us $91K for a property that appraised for $323k near NC State University . It’s a great student rental and they know it but so out of touch with the Raleigh market!! Can’t believe they think people would fall for such tactics!! I’m reporting them to the NC real estate commission today!! Urggh!!!
Predatory. They keep texting about selling my house. My house is not for sale and I don’t have plans to sell it anytime soon. I’ve told them this and they still text every week.
