I should read the reviews before going ahead with this company. Matt installed an air conditioner but when I called him to come and inspect an issue with the service, he didn't respond to my call, email, text, ... Very unprofessional
I've gone through most of the lowest reviews to see whether ppl have the similar bad experiences like me or was it just an coincidence happened to me. We purchased brand new house back in late 2019, all of a sudden both of the air-conditioners didn't work half way through winter. I've called and messaged Matt numerous occasions but no response except the very first one to ask me send my details. I've just lodged a complaint through VCAT today and let's see how we go.
Got in contact and had an on site quote arranged for split system installation. Very friendly and engaging with good advice, however never followed through with a quote and ignored messages and phone calls when I tried to follow up. Very strange from a business to engage with potential customers like that. Admittedly I had not read Google reviews about company but clearly the common theme of ignoring customers is evident.
Dodgy character. Becomes uncontactable. Takes your money and disappears. Wouldn't trust this guy ever again.
Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the issue I had with my air-conditioning.
