They were here the same day that I called, found the problem and fixed my furnace and now we have heat again, but I think it needs a new unit because it's started doing the same thing again
Fast service. Came same day.I called! I was amazed that I needed a part to fix my furnace, and the closest place that had it, was a 30 minute drive. And my repair technician took it upon himself to go get it,and bring it back,and install it!So,from the time I made a call, until completed service,was less than half a day. Technician was very polite, friendly, impersonable! Thank you so much!!!🙏
The installer, Tommy Millwood was excellent and very professional. He is very customer service oriented and explained everything pertaining to the power humidifier he installed. He was never condescending and was very happy to explain things in a language that I could understand. He should be recognized and commended for a great job.
