CoolHeat 365 has been great. Their team did a great job with the installation and Mike was great helping me understand my system.
Rusty, Mike and the rest of Cool Heat 365 did a great job replacing our old propane heater with a Bosch heat pump. They run an honest business and do what they say they will do. When they encountered some problems they stuck with it and made things right. If I outlive this heat pump I will be calling Rusty for the replacement!
The Cool Heat 365 technician (Mike) did an excellent maintenance job at my house. He was fast but thorough he explained everything as he went about the work. Totally satisfied with his work and with Cool Heat. The above is an earlier review and it’s still relevant. Mike was at my house today to again do periodic maintenance.
