Cool Heat 365 is fantastic. Everyone we have dealt with has been great, from Rusty and the team installing our system 2 years ago and still are. A few weeks ago I had a service done on our mini split system where Mike was helpful and professional ensuring everything was in full working order and cleaned it up while providing tips I can do myself to keep up on it. Today I had Mike bake to install a base pan heater for the colder months to prevent ice build up. Great place and recommend to others.

Several years ago I engaged Cool Heat to install a new heat pump. I appreciate their great service, it’s been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend. They also offer a convenient service package that really helps balance payments through out the year. You won’t be disappointed!
The HVAC technician arrived on time and got the job done. He answered all our questions. I highly recommend if you are into the market for an HVAC system !!!
Install was ok, they messed up on one part and had to redo it. Since then I’ve had a few issues, most recently the heat pump was sending an error message and not operating when the error came on. It’s taken 4 weeks of phone calls to get a tech to come out twice now. Great guy no qualms with him, sounds like he’s overworked. When he finally figured out what was wrong they ordered a party, but instead of rush shipping it it’s another two weeks, then who knows how long to get someone to come install.
