Cool Heat 365 is a fantastic company to do business with. When we contacted a big HVAC company for an estimate on a new heat pump with three ductless zones, we were not sitting down when the estimate was presented. We fell over backwards in total shock. Then I contacted ‘Cool Heat 365’ and their estimate was one third lower than the first guy…for the same three-unit ductless design. We highly recommend this company for their great service. They installed a ductless heating cooling system and an electric tankless water heater at our cabin on Whidbey Island. The units have been a great comfort improvement When we recently had a problem with the water heater they were able to give us a simple solution by phone that fixed things without a service call. The personal attention was most appreciated.
I’m was impressed that Cool Heat 365 got back with me quickly and we were scheduled for that same afternoon. The technician was polite, obviously intelligent and worked diligently to make the repair. Not only did Luigin wait until he was sure that our heat pump worked in heating and cooling mode, he returned the following day to check on the repair, at no additional cost.
