Fast, efficient, courteous, tidy, competive procing. Couldnt be happier with their work replacing 15-yr-old HVAC unit, even during a heat wave!

So blessed to have been recommended Cool Guyz for getting my A/C fixed. Called and within 30 minutes I had a guy out fixing my unit. Great customer service and would use them again.... hopefully not soon 😁
They are the best! I’ve used them for over 15 years for both residential and business needs. They are honest, responsive, and have reasonable prices.
The ladies in the office are very rude and hung up the phone on me 3 times. Please consider using a real ac company for your ac problems. We have been without air for over 7 days waiting on a part. Getting no satisfaction. Did not offer temporary air handlers. Saying I should be responsible for getting them!!! Good customer service. NOT. Stay clear of this company! To try and debunk my review!!
