Cool guyz aren’t cool. Had an air handler installed that failed within a year. Our invoice said 10 years on the parts and 1 year parts and labor. However when Corey went to review our air handler he said we had some other form service it, which we didn’t. I explained I could show him the video from our camera to prove that but Cool guyz would not honor their warranty! Their office staff hung up on me mid-sentence. TERRIBLE SERVICE. COOL GUYz aren’t cool!
I was driving 30mph in a 45 in the right lane with truck issues. One of these guys cussed me out for holding up traffic.
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Chris was super friendly, knew his stuff, and got everything up and running quickly. Lynn and Pam in the office were awesome—so kind and easy to work with. Great price, fast service, and genuinely good people. Highly recommend!
I had the displeasure of speaking to Pam & Liz on the phone to get info on the install of my unit. Some of the most incompetent & unprofessional customer service reps I’ve ever seen. Baffling.
