They are the best! I’ve used them for over 15 years for both residential and business needs. They are honest, responsive, and have reasonable prices.
The ladies in the office are very rude and hung up the phone on me 3 times. Please consider using a real ac company for your ac problems. We have been without air for over 7 days waiting on a part. Getting no satisfaction. Did not offer temporary air handlers. Saying I should be responsible for getting them!!! Good customer service. NOT. Stay clear of this company! To try and debunk my review!! **** I've been a loyal customer of Cool Guyz for over 10 years, and they continue to impress me with their honesty and reliability. Our AC went out over the weekend, and I called them first thing Monday morning at 8:00 AM. By 9:30 AM, Chris was already at my house. It turned out to be a simple fix—just a loose wire that had come undone. They could have easily charged more, but they were upfront and only charged for the actual repair.
