Cool Guyz are the best in Brevard! With decades of dependable, honest and friendly service, they have always take great care of us. Our older system served us well but it was time for replacement. We live in a riverside condo unit, beachside. Our air conditioning unit was installed in 2018 by Cool Guyz. Every year we have the unit checked and every year the technician that comes to service it is Corey. He does a great job servicing the unit and is very knowledgeable and professional. He installed our new ecobee thermostat last year and during this years service he was able to tweak it so that it runs a lot better. Corey has made me a fan of Cool Guys a/c. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way extremely to make sure my a/c was fixed. I could tell he really cared. Thank you so much Corey!! You are the best!
Cool guyz aren’t cool. Had an air handler installed that failed within a year. Our invoice said 10 years on the parts and 1 year parts and labor. However when Corey went to review our air handler he said we had some other form service it, which we didn’t. I explained I could show him the video from our camera to prove that but Cool guyz would not honor their warranty! Their office staff hung up on me mid-sentence. TERRIBLE SERVICE. COOL GUYz aren’t cool!
