I had the displeasure of speaking to Pam & Liz on the phone to get info on the install of my unit. Some of the most incompetent & unprofessional customer service reps I’ve ever seen. Baffling.
I’ve been a Cool Guyz customer for many years. They went above and beyond yet again today to get my AC up and running. They had everything diagnosed, repaired, and back on line within 2 hours of my call this morning. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their customer service and I recommend them for all you Heating and Cooling needs.
Fast, efficient, courteous, tidy, competive procing. Couldnt be happier with their work replacing 15-yr-old HVAC unit, even during a heat wave!
