My A/C went out on the first day of a 3 day heat wave. I spent hours calling around to try to get someone to come out and look at my system. All the big names were too busy. Couldn't see me until days later. It was 92 degrees in my home. One company made an appointment with me and then pushed me back by 2 days within an hour of scheduling. But NOT Cool Guys! Great job guys, the father and son team arrived at my home made the assessments and got right to work on my unit. They performed various duties, they were both very polite, they also made a couple of adjustments to the unit as well.
