Day 5 with a broken heat pump that is less than 9 months old and cost over 14k. No answer to the office phone or cell phone. What is Silver coverage? I have a 2 year parts and labor warranty but no response
They converted our fireplace to gas a few years ago, and did an awesome job. I recently called them to check out the system before it got cold, and they came out the next day. Very fast response, friendly, and great service!
Bad company like the other reviews stated. They have no accountability for their sloppy work. They’ll reply to this review and tell me to reach out, but when I do they never pickup the phone!
