Update 4/18/25: Cool Experts serviced my a/c in August of 2024 and replaced a capacitor, but unfortunately it was the wrong size and caused the condenser fan to work twice as hard causing preventable wear and tear to the entire unit. Their initial services prior to 2022 resulted in satisfactory repairs, but I will not be using their services anymore. Anthony came out and realized that the request I had put in didn’t fall under Cool Experts wheelhouse (my mistake), yet he was happy to help me troubleshoot and ended up helping me fix a problem that had been persisting unresolved for nearly a year! It really showed the quality of character. My wife even commented after how respectful and polite Anthony was. Thank you again for your help! I’ll be sure to reach out with pertinent issues in the future :)
Day 5 with a broken heat pump that is less than 9 months old and cost over 14k. No answer to the office phone or cell phone. What is Silver coverage? I have a 2 year parts and labor warranty but no response
