What a joke
Did a great job installing a gas hot water heater. Came out for the free quote and were very professional and knowledgeable. Then they were able to come out the next week day to install after we accepted the quote.
Was hopeful that I had found a HVAC company to service my unit twice annually like I have done for the past 40 years. Have to reserve my option, questioned why after my first service there would be debris in the bottom of my condenser, after talking with Charleen, see said this is the way they do it. In times past they removed the grill and washed the unit from the inside out, not to sure how effect the method they use is. Also the apprentice who washed my unit I was told did it right, well he disconnected my hose, hooked up... read more
