Was hopeful that I had found a HVAC company to service my unit twice annually like I have done for the past 40 years. Have to reserve my option, questioned why after my first service there would be debris in the bottom of my condenser, after talking with Charleen, see said this is the way they do it. In times past they removed the grill and washed the unit from the inside out, not to sure how effect the method they use is.
