It claims to be good for kids. As a previous childcare worker, I was not impressed with the manor in which the stylist handled things with my 6 year old son. He was rough, didn't communicate just overall an unpleasant experience. It's like how could you not tell you were making this young boy uncomfortable!? Do not take your kids here.
Excellent haircut. The only place I’ll ever go to. I got my hair cut short with layers.

Just had one of the worst experiences yet. They were never consistent with how well they cut my hair. It was a gamble. Sometimes it was good, sometimes it was bad (really rough). Recently he didn't ask me what I wanted my haircut to be, he just decided what he thought my hair should be like. I would advise those looking for a haircut to look elsewhere. You deserve a place that will provide you the best quality cut possible and Cool Cuts is simply not that place.
