Farah has been incredible. She listens intently and actions precisely. She's very professional and the communication makes healthcare very easy for her patients. The days of calling a 1-800 number, attempting to talk to AI or a robot, only to be bounced from department to department are over, at least for my wife and I. I’ve been seeing Farah as my primary care doctor for a couple years! I have a lot of health anxiety so I love being able to text her with concerns! She is very knowledgeable and can always get me in quickly when I need to be seen!
We have loved working with Farah! She is so personable and down-to-earth. She listens without judgement and offers practical advice. My kids feel very comfortable with her, and I love how she involves them in the conversation about their care. She is very responsive to texts, which is a breath of fresh air. It’s comforting to know that I can get a quick response for a medical concern or a signature for a school form without having to play phone tag with a nurse line. Highly recommend this practice!
Moving my care to Cool Creek Family Health was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Farah is patient and understanding and so helpful to get the care that’s needed. I always feel like I am being heard and my concerns are addressed before I leave. She also has great follow up.
Farah and the people at Cool Creek Health are absolutely amazing! Forget everything you know about typical healthcare. Farrah and her model creates an entirely different wellness experience. She takes the time to listen, understand your lifestyle, and provide her expertise accordingly. Their office feels nothing like the standard clinical doctor's office.
