Central air stopped working late on a Friday. Contacted AHS for warranty service and they stated Cool & Cozy would be the contractor. Closed on weekend but they called me first thing Monday morning to say a technician could be there by noon. Technician came out around 10:30. Checked the entire system and replaced the needed parts. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Found some odd things with our system and pointed them out. Very happy with the scheduling and the work completed timely and thoroughly.

If I could give them a negative number I would. The company sent a technician out September 9th 2021. Looked at my heater and knew exactly what part I needed to fix it. He didn’t have the part on his truck and said that he would have to order it. No problem. Big Problem!!!! It is now November 11, 2021 and I have not heard from anyone. I have called and left messages with no response!!! Bad business!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently employed Cool & Cozy Heating and Air Conditioning to perform an entire system replacement. I did not go through a home warranty policy but dealt directly with Cool & Cozy. This company was contacted through AHS to service two issues I had with my HVAC system. They fixed the first no problem. The second problem I had involved water leaking from my attic through the ceiling into the first floor. When they finished fixing the first issue, and I told them the other part of the unit was in the attic, they refused to look up in the attic claiming it wouldn't be covered under the warranty and instead insisted that the problem would be solved by running the fan without the air conditioning turned on. ... read more

Cool and Cozy was sent by AHS to come service 2 problems with my HVAC. The first problem being the air was not cold that was being blown through the house. The second problem being the unit in the attic was collecting water and eventually overflowing and coming through the ceiling in my home. They fixed the first issue by recharging the outside unit with freon and tightening up the line. The second problem however, they told me "wasn't covered under my warantee."
