Sylvia C. Lowes Referred this company to install a Tranes Unit in my home in 2018 from day one of installment done incorrectly. Called the company and the installment was corrected. I was told how to take care of the unit until one technician said that was incorrect and proceeded to tell me something different.. I started having issues with my A/C so I called them to come out. They came out and ran a few test and found nothing . Charged me $80. Said everything looked great. One week later the same issues stared happening again. I called again and Chris, the General Manager came out. He was rude and had no time to listen to me explain what was happening. He was too worried it may rain on him. He stated I had hit the outside wires with the weed eater and the raw wires were touching each other and that was the issue. My fault. No probl... read more

I scheduled the Annual Maintenance Service on August 16. 2018 between the hours of 4-7 pm. The technician did not show no call for the appointment, nor did I receive a call he call the next day from Cool Connectons. Therfore I called Cool Connectons at approximately 1:00 pm the next day to find out why the technician did not show or call. The representative who answered the phone show very little to no concern and only asked me would I like to reschedule. Superior service I recently enlisted cool connections blown insulation services to insulate my home. The estimate I received was very competitive to others I received in which everything was clearly detailed. The job was schedule and performed in a timely fashion. They installed drop clothes in areas they walked and clean up properly at completion of job. For top quality job at a reasonable price call this company.

Quick and quality service Thank you for your timely response today. After I called your technician was at my house in less than an hour. He was very professional and explained everything to me and gave me a complete repair cost up front. It's not to often I see the level of integrity and professionalism in a company as I did today.
