This company is awful. This company was referred to my grandmother by *****. They installed a unit that was too large for the home. This company has continuously nickel and dime my grandmother charging $80 to send an unskilled technician to supposedly check the unit for her to turn around 2-3 days to be charged again to have the technician come back again over something that he did or didnt fix or assess. The after hours number is extremely unhelpful. Lowes should not be recommending this company. Please be aware.

Sylvia C. Lowes Referred this company to install a Tranes Unit in my home in 2018 from day one of installment done incorrectly. Called the company and the installment was corrected. I was told how to take care of the unit until one technician said that was incorrect and proceeded to tell me something different.. I started having issues with my A/C so I called them to come out. They came out and ran a few test and found nothing . Charged me $80. Said everything looked great. One week later the same issues stared happening again. I called again and Chris, the General Manager came out. He was rude and had no time to listen to me explain what was happening. He was too worried it may rain on him. He stated I had hit the outside wires with the weed eater and the raw wires were touching each other and that was the issue. My fault. No probl... read more
