I contacted my landlord that my AC wasn't working when I got home from work at 11:30pm and by 9am, Cool Concepts called, scheduled me, came in, fixed my AC, and were gone by 10:30am. The tech that came to help was pleasant, quick, and efficient. Thanks so much!
they installed my present AC fifteen years ago. It has run perfectly and they are always responsive for maintenance checks. No hard sells, just great advice, service and equipment.
