Cool Comfort is so lucky to have a dedicated employee like Terry. Wow, clean, personable, professional and knowledgeable! I am completely amazed. Our AC stopped working on. 95+ degree day at 3pm. 45 minutes after a call to Cool Comfort and Terry was at my door. Within 35 minutes my AC was up and running, blowing ice cold air (capacitor replaced) and the wife was smiling. Big Thank You Terry!
I have known Mike since 2003 and have used Cool Comfort multiple times for our routine service and unit replacement. Great guy, and great company! Extremely responsive and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone.
