This is the kind of place that reminds you good people still exist, ozzy and his son took care of me like I was family. The amount of knowledge and advice they give at a minimum is priceless. Somewhere I will continue to go back time and time again. This review doesn’t even do the amazing service justice.
I have always had amazing dealings with Ozzy. I have purchased appliances from him in the past, and I still have a freezer that's going strong from at least 10 years ago. I recently brought a friend of mine to Cool Climate Auto Sales to purchase a vehicle; customer service is outstanding. He always stands behind what he sells. He's honest and trustworthy, and I dealt with his son this time, Ross, who is equally great with customer service. I trust Ozzy and would recommend cool climate auto sales to anyone
