Dishonest! Was told I needed $4500 in parts that would take 2 weeks to get in, or I could buy a new unit for $7000 and get it put in within a couple days. Thank the Lord that I got other quotes from other companies after this guy left, because it ended up costing me only $750 and I didn't need to replace nearly what they told me I needed.
They really took care of us. The came same day we called and diagnosed the problem. They installed a window unit for our guest until the issue was fixed. Very easy to work with.

It was Sunday morning at 10:00. Temp was already 90, heading to 102. I realized I hadn't heard the AC kick in. Thermostat was set at 74 degrees. It was 79. I called Cool Climate. From the time I made the call until he walked out the door (task completed) was less than an hour. Thank you Ty. What a fine young man... friendly, respe... read more
Joey and Terry showed up promptly and communicated with me through the entire process. They were very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. If my ac needs work again, I would absolutely request this team! Thank you Joey and Terry!
