From beginning to end this company is amazing ! I called and Shanon told me someone would be at my place shortly and she was so nice ! Within the hour Ty showed up and fixed my ac in less than an hour and he was very knowledgeable and could have not asked for better service and pricing ! I want to sincerely thank Cool Climate for their quick response to my residence after hours to repair my AC unit. The air compressor died after a series of days with temps at over 100 degrees. A Cool Climate Technician came to my residence about one hour after I called. The repair was completed in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend them for your HVAC maintenance or emergency repairs.
I replaced my heating and cooling units in 2020 with Cool Climate. Tonight I needed help with what was originally diagnosed as a burnt-out blower motor. Fortunately, for me one of the owners came out and happened to check one wire which he said he believed was a defect in the original unit. I had originally been quoted over $600 to replace the blower motor but ended up being charge nothing due to his diagnosis of a faulty part.
