Our A/C stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. When I contacted Cool City they arranged for someone to come the very next day, which was amazing given that they are extremely busy due to the recent crazy weather. They kept me informed of when someone would arrive. Robert was prompt, professional, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Cool city had been in business for many years and has trusted experience employees. My family has being doing business with them over the last 15 years. We have always been satisfied with their work, integrity and professionalism.
Have used Cool City for a very long time and they have been reasonable and dependable.
Stay away from this place. Failing to complete the contract. When asked to complete the contract no response. When I went to the office they wouldn't open the door. Then made wild false accusations and threats of reporting to the police of harassment. Really? Im only asking them to fulfill their agreement.
I was very pleased with the service. Monica was very responsive and friendly. She scheduled same day service. Robert was able to complete the service and the AC system has been working great. However, I was disappointed with the billing. I was billed by email one week after service, and the bill was marked PAST DUE, which I didn’t appreciate.
