RecommendedKat & her staff are knowledgeable, friendly & honest. They take the time to help you find the right product for you. For me, it was new pedals/clips for my road bike. I appreciate that she loosened the tension in the pedals so it’s easier clipping in & out until I adjust to the new pedals. Great store and great people!
Awesome customer service overall. Very personalized process from start to finish when I purchased a new road bike. The staff listened to where my ability was, what my goals are, what my training frequency was projected to be, even took my for a 1:1 ride. I highly recommend Cool Cat for all bike needs.
Owners and team are friendly and knowledgeable, with lots of cool bikes and accessories for all ages/skills. Not only can they help you find the right bike, but also the best places to ride! Their group rides are fun, and they have local bike route maps of popular routes.
