RecommendedI have a Schwinn tricycle. I had a flat tire and I am a handicapped senior. I found Cool Cat Cycles, they ordered the tube and Rob, the owner, came to my house and changed my tire. Michael, the Manager, was wonderful to deal with. I have certainly found a new local business that I will use when needed and will recommend them highly to all. Thanks so much Michael and Rob.
Very disappointed with the way I was treated, looking at the good reviews I contacted the store over the phone and asked them about the repair for my 2 bikes and I was told to get the bikes and they would look into it immediately and will be able to work on them. Once I gave them the bikes they said they have some more bikes to repair and soon will repair my bike and told me that I should get a call the next day. They did not have a mountain bike his size, but did have a hybrid gravel bike that can be converted into a road bike that was my husbands size. Cost $1300+. A young man was doing a great job explaining the bike and various options. My husband was very interested when a lady came to the young man told him that another guy was there to pick up his bike. I have been very pleased with the maintenance and repair services at CCC for all my bikes. There has always been that thoughtful touch to the work that brings added value and is much appreciated.
