This is the second time we've called on Cool Cat and Jay for AC repairs. Both times, our issues were explained thoroughly and in relatively simple terms. Jay even called our manufacturer to find out if the heat pump was under warranty. They came earlier than promised and worked without a break in 100 degree heat to take care of us. If you need honest, efficient, thorough AC work, you can't do better. And the price was reasonable. I cannot recommend Jay and Cool Cat strongly enough!!
Jay and his crew is amazing. Mid June summer heat and we woke up with a busted unit, we had a call out to Jay by 7am and a response no later than 8am.... Had the issue figured out and the estimate no later than 9am.... Evening of the same day and I'm sitting at home with a cool home, and the work was done at a very economical price. Will be recommending Cool Cat and team to all neighbors and friends.
Jay did a wonderful job of helping us with the A/C. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable.
Boy does the pissed off feeling wash away the second cold air hits your face. Jay and Carlos came by on short notice and helped me diagnose my ac blowing hot air super quickly. I had tried all the self diagnosing like checking valve temps, cleaning filters and checking coils, and Jay found the issue right away. These guys were honest, quick, and charged a fair price. Definitely recommend & ill be using again.
