How these people have 5 stars is mind boogling to me. First, let me say I was in the AC business (Trane) I was married to an engineer and both my brothers work in the AC business. So when this guy showed up and withing 15 minutes tried to tell me my 2 year old system, that was hand picked by my brothers needed to be replaced...come on!! first it was the upstairs unit, then no it was the outside unit.
