We were on our way from Atlanta to Bainbridge for a family reunion when our air conditioning stop working in our car. It was 92 degrees outside. They knew we were in a bad situation so they checked out the AC right away for us, but the part that they needed to fix it was not available in the Columbus area. So instead, they took the time to explain how we could get by and use the AC in a certain way in order to continue our trip with good enough cooling until we could get it fixed later and it worked. Fast service, good people, and they got my AC repaired (new compressor and clutch assembly) for $300 less than the Toyota dealership's lowest estimate.
The best customer service I have seen anywhere in a long time. I was late for appoi tment and greeted by the owner Gus,first meeting felt like old friend. The teamwork and high energy can I help you attitude you just don't find anymore. Very pleasant experience!! I think it was Jennifer,supervisor obviously came and gave progress report about 30-40 minutes into visit. Great staff, awesome attitude!! Thank you very much.
