Need A Refresher Course in HVAC – I don't know where these guys received their training, but Jerry needs a refresher course. I am out of almost $8,000.00 dealing with that moron Jerry. I hope to God they have fired his dumb butt. Everytime I drive my house and look at the unit I had to cover out of my own pocket, because he provided wrong information to my home warranty company I could kick his sorry butt. Whatever you decide do not let him come to your house by himself make certain one of the other guys is with him.
These guys were great!!!!! – I always get a referral from a trusted friend and one of my church buddies told me about Cool Breeze, so I called them. They sent Erik who came to my home and looked at my AC that would not work. He climbed pn my two-story roof and inspected. I had just contacted one other company who said that I would need to spend a lot of money to fix it. They gave me an estimate that was several hundred dollars as the option to fix the unit. Beware they hire Criminals! – These guys are bad! Beware! Beware! This tall skinny guy came to fix are AC and I cought him outside smoking cigarettes and showing his tatoos to my underage teenage sister. I wouldn't trust these people!
BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THEM!! – Beware! Find another AC company. They came out to my grandparents house and checked the AC; they stated everything was fine. The next week, our grandparent's dining room ceiling FELL IN due to the AC drain pan. We called Cool Breeze to come out to assist with the problem of the AC....they took their time in coming out. They were in no hurry. They stated the water problem was not theirs eventhough the water was from the AC that they checked. The tech also called my grandmother (who is in her 90's)... read more
