Mike and his sister did a fantastic job soft cleaning my roof! My primary concerns were a clean roof and no damage. I've had other services and many times they will cause damages in the form of slipped or cracked tiles. Mike was aware of my concerns and in addition to being very thorough, was obviously a seasoned pro at walking a tile roof. They also covered and watered the landscaping. I am very happy with the results and will definitely be using him from now on! Highly recommend!

Called Mike on a Friday, he came over the next day and had an estimate to us by Monday. Mike was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire process. I met Cool Breeze's Mike and Christy when they were doing a neighbor's house. I asked for an estimate, anticipating it would take 4 weeks to have them come back to my house, and told them as much. Mike emailed me within a couple of days with the estimate. I was hesitant to even hire anyone to pressure wash my roof and sidewalk since it had been so long since they were pressure washed and wasn't sure if it would even look good.
