The technician, Miles, was professional and personable. I trust Cool Breeze, and have engaged the company for all heating and cooling projects at our home.
Jimmy, nice guy, poor assessment. Told me there a problem with my breaker box. Turns out, he wasn't even on the right circuit. Good news was I didn't have to give Cool Breeze $10,000 for a new unit and furnance. Luckily, I was able to spend that money some where else. 1 star for spending $89 to learn Jimmy/Cool Breeze was not a good fit for me.
