I had their technician Chris come out and service my AC, good experience, can't complain. Coolbreeze was cheaper then any other company around, they definitely have a returning customer.

Failed to properly diagnose issue with AC, needed to have a different company come out, repeat a diagnosis. Wasted 2 weeks of time and cost more money.
