Cool Breeze installed a Daikin HVAC system in my home. The owner, Ron, the lead installer, Carlos, and the office staff, Mary and Lisa, were knowledgeable and competent. Initially Ron gave me a ton of information and then immediately returned my calls later to answer the many questions I had. The crew worked hard in cramped space (attic) and I felt it was installed correctly because I trusted Carlos knew what he was doing. Matt arrived on time and provided excellent service. He was able to identify the location of our small clog and clear it. He also suggested some other maintenance thoughts and ideas which my family appreciated. We will use Cool Breeze again with our plumbing issues.
They overcharge and do unreliable, sloppy and unacceptable work that will cost you far more than other alternatives in the long run. They are also slow to respond and bad communicators for service. I am taking the time to write this to hopefully spare others the cost and misery of doing business with them.
We used Cool Breeze to install both our systems in 2017. They always have been attentive to any maintenance issues and supplied excellent service. That includes a recent service that was particularly tricky because a part was on backorder. They were able to obtain the part quicker than anticipated and kept us informed all steps of the way. Thanks!
