What a pleasure it is when you come across an actual honest company. With customer service being so low on the priority list for most companies these days, it's refreshing to find a company that prides itself on honesty and over-the-top service. Can't say enough good things about George and Cool Breeze. Found ourselves without a prop (stolen off my boat) yesterday, SUNDAY MORNING. Left a voicemail and got a call back within 10 mins. Within 1 hour, had a new prop on my boat. And not only that, have a better prop. George recommended a 4-Blade vs. the 3-Blade I was running on. Could immediately feel the difference at the low and mid-range. Thank You George!!! Saved the Day for my family!
HAD MY SEARAY 440 FOR 8 YEARS, HAD THE PROPS DONE TWICE AT OTHER MARINAS AT THE LAKE. ALWAYS HAD SOME VIBRATION THEY ALWAYS TOLD ME IT WAS NORMAL AMOUNT WITH VDRIVES... COOLBREEZE JUST DID MY PROPS WHILE MY BOAT WAS OUT GETTING BOTTOM PAINT...... NO VIBRATION, LIKE HAVING A NEW BOAT! THANKS!
These guys are top notch folks! Needed a new prop for my boat and after a couple of trials George got me fixed up perfectly! Friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and highly recommended!
