First time using Cool Breeze HVAC and was extremely pleased. ************** came out promptly and accessed my system. Got back to me within a couple of days with 2 quotes. He came out today (6/10/22) to install my system: he quietly came to my house, went to the back to prepare my old unit without disturbing me. He, with the assistance of another gentleman installed my unit in record time. ************** is very professional, gentle, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I look forward to Cool Breeze upkeeping my HVAC.
***** was his usual laid back super efficient tech. He was on time, got right to checking the system, found a weak electrical control part and replaced it. Happy to have him as we suspected the system was not cooling according to the thermostat set. It was taking too long to reach the the equilibrium setting on the thermostat. Good to have everything in order.
